Construction of a 50,000 square foot addition to the existing Harold R. Banke Justice Center.  The new Juvenile Justice Center will be a 3-story facility that will include Sheriff’s offices, sallyport, youth policy offices, courtrooms, clerk’s offices, field operations offices, child welfare offices, district attorney’s office, and public defender’s offices.  The new facility will address overcrowded conditions in the current space.
