New construction of 50,000 square foot an indoor aquatics area to include a lap pool, leisure pool, hot tubs, sauna and steam room.  Also includes dance, aerobic spaces, arts and crafts areas, meeting room, rock climbing wall, weight room, locker rooms, gymnasium with suspended walking/jogging track, offices, and lobby.
