  • Construction Superintendent
    Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years experience in commercial construction on projects $5 million or greater. Responsible for all supervision, direction and coordination of all job site activities, management of project schedule, management of job site costs, drawing and specification compliance, coordination of onsite testing and inspections, receipt and inventory of job site materials, quality, and safety compliance.

  • Construction Estimators/Project Manager
    Candidates with minimum construction experience are acceptable. Training on all estimating systems will be provided.  Candidates must be detail oriented and self motivated individuals. Responsibilities include quantitative takeoffs, drawing and specification review, bid solicitation and analysis, management of bid document reproduction and plan rooms, and daily interaction with subcontractors. Experience with Timberline Estimating Software and multiple years of estimating experience are a plus but not necessary.  Our in-house program provides candidates the continuing training and experience necessary to rapidly become proficient in the role as Senior Estimator.
