	Michael R. Potts, Chief Executive Officer Mike began his career in the construction industry over 35 years ago. During that time he has developed extensive experience in planning and implementing major capital projects and understands the need for quality personal service. Since founding The Potts Company in 1986, he has taken a “hands-on” attitude being involved in the daily operation of management, infusing his experience and expertise to meet the needs of both public and private clients.
	David C. Buser, LEED AP, President Dave has more than 35 years of experience in all aspects of programming, scheduling, and constructing building programs for both public agencies and private industry. His extensive technical and business management experience serves as the foundation of providing pre-construction and construction services.
	Stephen W. Heyward, LEED AP, Vice President Steve’s 35 years of experience in the industry include responsibilities from Superintendent, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, to Vice President. Today, as the company’s Vice President, he leads our Pre-Construction division. Steve’s talent of analyzing complex projects, then leading a team through the process of development and construction with success has proven invaluable to many Owners.
