New construction of a 105,000 square foot, four-story academic facility that includes 31 classrooms, 12 labs, a Learning Resource Center, bookstore, registration offices, financial aid offices, student life offices, cafeteria with kitchen, 80 offices, faculty workrooms, conference rooms, faculty lounge with kitchen and two commons areas to accommodate enrollment of up to 3,000 students.
