New construction of a 24,350 square foot county health services and community center.  This new facility is an addition to an existing historic elementary school.  The new health services includes a medical clinic, dental clinic, laboratories, break rooms, nurses stations, veteran's affairs offices, administrative offices, and a large multi-purpose community room.
