Historic restoration of Brawner building originally built in 1910.  Restoration includes abatement, replacement of mechanical/HVAC systems, interior millwork restoration and matching, and exterior refinishing.  The park includes walking trails, picnic shelters, open lawn areas, fountain with seating, parking, playgrounds, bio-retention area with observation area, amphitheater, and outdoor classroom.
