Adaptive re-use of a 28,000 square foot existing church facility originally constructed in 1898.  The former church was converted to county administrative office space.  The facility is now home to county administrative services such as water and sewer, purchasing, planning and development offices.  The original chapel was converted to the Board of Commissioners meeting room and the sanctuary to a multi-purpose auditorium used by the city, county, local non-profit organizations, schools and the local arts council for events.
